Below is a slide show with some of the highlights of the festivities of Taobao’s 10th anniverary celebration that took place in Hangzhou, China on May 10, 2013.

Highlights from the show included life-sized dancing and singing mascots from Taobao and Tmall, musical performances by Alibaba Group employees and customers, a procession of Taobao fashion models, light and laser shows, a musical serenade from outgoing CEO Jack Ma to employees (Ma’s tenure as CEO ended at midnight May 10), as well as an introduction and handover by Ma to new CEO Jonathan Lu.
